Locally Owned. Professionally Certified.

Born in West Palm Beach and raised between there and Naples, John is a true Florida native with deep roots in Southwest Florida. He brings over 25 years of hands-on construction experience to every inspection. He began his career in concrete and masonry, spent a decade working under a licensed electrician, and went on to run his own handyman business — completing bathroom and kitchen remodels, pole barn construction, and custom concrete forms for base plate grouting at landmark projects including Universal Studios and Praxair at NASA's Kennedy Space Center. That deep field knowledge means John doesn't just identify defects — he understands exactly how and why they happen. When he's not inspecting, you'll find him hunting, fishing, cooking, or out on his airboat in the Everglades.

Fun fact: John now owns and lives in the house his grandparents built in Golden Gate Estates in 1978.
